These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases, participation, and use of any services, programs, or content offered under the brand Go Social, operated by M E N A Consultants LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any Go Social service, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Go Social provides a hybrid service consisting of consultancy, coaching, strategy development, and content creation support, which may include but is not limited to:

• Personal brand strategy and positioning

• Social media growth systems

• High-ticket offer and monetization strategy

• Paid community design and launch frameworks

• Content planning, scripting, research, and editing support (where applicable)

• Business systems, funnels, and automation guidance

• Live calls, group sessions, private messaging support, and digital training resources

Services may be delivered through:

• Video calls (1:1 or group)

• Messaging platforms (including but not limited to Telegram)

• Online portals, community platforms, or digital dashboards

• Written strategy documents, templates, and recorded materials

All services are advisory, strategic, and educational in nature. Go Social does not guarantee any specific financial, social media, audience growth, or business outcomes.

2. Client Responsibility & Accountability

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for implementing all strategies, advice, and actions discussed

• Go Social does not perform business execution, posting, selling, marketing, or operational tasks on your behalf unless explicitly agreed in writing

• Results depend on your effort, consistency, market conditions, decision-making, and execution

Failure to act, participate, or implement recommendations does not constitute a failure of service by the Company.

3. Milestone-Based Participation Policy

Access to certain services, including but not limited to:

• Advanced strategy calls

• Content creation sessions

• Scaling frameworks

• Monetization and community launch support

Is conditional upon completion of assigned implementation steps and milestones.

If a Client fails to complete required actions, the Company reserves the right to:

• Pause or delay further calls

• Restrict access to advanced services

• Maintain the Client at their current program stage until compliance is met

This structure is a core part of the program design and does not constitute service denial.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Program Fee

The standard program investment is $6,000 USD for a 90-day engagement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Full Payment

Clients may be required to pay the full program fee upfront prior to program commencement.

4.3 Installment Plan

At the Company’s discretion, Clients may be approved for:

• 50% upfront payment

• 50% payment midway through the program

By selecting an installment plan, you authorize the Company to automatically charge the remaining balance on the agreed date. Failure to complete payment constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of access.

4.4 Deposit Option

Clients may reserve a future start date by placing a $1,000 USD non-refundable deposit.

• The remaining balance must be paid within 28 calendar days

• If the remaining balance is not paid within this period, the deposit is forfeited

• No services will be delivered until full payment is received

5. No Refund Policy (Strict)

All payments made to Go Social, including but not limited to:

• Full program payments

• Installments

• Deposits

Are NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Lack of time or availability

• Financial hardship

• Failure to participate or implement

• Dissatisfaction with results

• Business performance or personal circumstances

You acknowledge that you are purchasing access to consulting, strategy, systems, intellectual property, and program capacity, not guaranteed outcomes.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree to:

• Contact Go Social directly to attempt resolution before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute

• Not misrepresent services received to a financial institution or payment processor

In the event of a chargeback or dispute:

• You will be immediately removed from all programs, platforms, and communities

• All access to materials and services will be revoked

• The Company reserves the right to submit these Terms, call recordings, onboarding documentation, message logs, and proof of service delivery as evidence

7. Call Recording & Proof of Consent

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Discovery calls, onboarding calls, coaching calls, and strategy sessions may be recorded

• Recordings may be used for training, quality assurance, and dispute resolution

• Such recordings may serve as proof of agreement, consent, and service delivery

8. Content Creation & Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Go Social, including but not limited to:

• Scripts

• Frameworks

• Templates

• Systems

• Videos

• Documents

• Training materials

• Strategy plans

Remain the exclusive intellectual property of M E N A Consultants LLC.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal business use only.

You may not:

• Resell

• Redistribute

• Share

• Publish

• License

• Repurpose

Any materials for commercial or third-party use without prior written consent.

9. Client-Provided Content

If you provide content (including videos, images, brand assets, or personal data) for editing, review, or strategy purposes, you:

• Confirm you have full rights to use and share such content

• Grant Go Social a limited right to use such materials solely for program delivery and internal training (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

10. Termination of Access

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund, if a Client:

• Engages in abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior

• Violates intellectual property rights

• Misrepresents Go Social or its services publicly

• Engages in illegal or unethical conduct

• Breaches these Terms

11. No Guarantees Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

• No specific results, income levels, follower growth, brand deals, or business success are guaranteed

• Testimonials and examples are illustrative only and not promises of performance

• Your results depend on factors outside the Company’s control

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Social and M E N A Consultants LLC shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue or profits

• Business interruption

• Data loss

• Reputational damage

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company.

13. Confidentiality

All non-public business information, strategies, systems, and communications shared during the program are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of:

United Arab Emirates

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Agreement & Acceptance

By submitting payment, enrolling, or participating in any Go Social service, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms

• You agree to be legally bound by them

• You accept the non-refundable and milestone-based nature of the program
